To address issues of food insecurity in Charlotte & Surrounding Communities, BBOC established a low-income food access initiative in partnership with local corporations, non-profits, restaurants,
food trucks, & farmers. Food insecure households face a mountain hill of challenges to simply have access to affordable, locally-grown fresh fruits, vegetables, and Hot Foods, that are a necessary component of a fulsome, nutritious diet. BBOC continually seeks philanthropic community support for the specific purpose of supporting the
low-income F.E.T.A. program.
